Bond completes the second trilogy of her popular Body Movers continuation series (4 Bodies and a Funeral, 2009; 5 Bodies to Die for, 2009) with the capture of the elusive Charmed Killer, a monster whos murdered six women, leaving bracelet charms in their mouths as his calling card. All of the charms have something to do with our heroine, Carlotta Wren. Despite the fact that shes been the target of several murder attempts herself, Carlotta refuses to quit working on this case. Two of the men in her life, ex-boyfriend Peter Ashford and exasperated detective Jack Terry, are doing their best to protect her, but the spunky Neiman Marcus sales associate by day and body moveramateur sleuth by night refuses to stay out of sight. In addition to all her other problems, Carlotta has to save the third man in her life, her drug-addicted, gambling kid brother, from himself. Bonds cliff-hanger ending will assure readers that they havent seen the last of Carlotta Wren.
