Gingerbread Man

Listen, listen, as eagerly as you can--to the well-loved story of the Gingerbread Man! The temptation to see if the cookie creation looks as good as it smells is great. When the boy opens the oven, the cookie jumps out and takes off. The result, as sad as it is each time, is the same: "Snip, snap, snout--this story's told out!" Bruce Johnson narrates energetically at a brisk pace. He projects each character's amazement at encountering the running Gingerbread Man.
